01 — Introduction

Hi Christine,

Great to meet you and see the studio. You've rebranded the space and it looks the part — the new cement wall especially. The photos just haven't caught up yet.

The ones on your site and socials were shot a while ago, against the old backdrop, and they don't show the studio people actually walk into now. This is about fixing that: a fresh, consistent set of images shot inside your real spaces, so a prospective client sees your photos and recognises the room.

Here's how I'd approach it, and the options for moving forward.

02 — What we'll create

Three things, all shot in the real studio.

I bring my own lighting. Your studio gets a lot of natural light — lovely to train in, but it blows out on camera. The lighting keeps the rooms looking warm and intentional, not washed out.

04 — How it works

Built around your studio's schedule.

The hardest part is getting everyone in the room at once. So we run it in two short passes — the team shot when the crew overlaps, then individual portraits and action around whoever's in. I'm five minutes down the road, so a second visit is no drama.

Lock it in

Pick a package, 50% deposit, and we set the dates.

Visit one

The team photo on the cement wall, plus portraits while the crew's together.

Visit two

Remaining portraits and the action set, around your instructors' shifts.

Edit & deliver

Sneak peeks within 24 hrs, full edited gallery in 7–14 days.

05 — Looking ahead

Video, when you're ready

Once the photos are sorted, short video is the natural next step — class promos, reformer and flow reels, and content for your instructor-training courses. We can scope that once you've made your call on the training side. No commitment now.

Ongoing content

If you'd like a steady stream of fresh photos and reels for your socials, I run a monthly option — one batch shoot day a month that keeps your feed stocked. Easy to add later if it's useful.
